Terms and Conditions

• Pet transport payment must be made to confirm your appointment.

• Last minute cancellations, 24 hours before appointment or transport, pet transport fee will be forfeited.

• Pets not picked up upon return will be fined $60. Re-transport and/or boarding fee will also be incurred if necessary.

• Owners are highly encouraged to pick up their pets from downstairs/lobby as the car likely has other pets that cannot be left unattended.

• No last minute changes in address allowed after confirmation.

• You will be informed when the pet is on the way back.

• Humans are not allowed on the pet transport. If you wish to visit us at The Moon Bunny, please arrange your own transportation.

• Transport timings above are fixed to keep costs low. If you wish to have a customised transport timing, please let me know and we can arrange. Do note that it will be at higher cost.
